Maple Distributing is a distributor of luxury indoor and outdoor kitchen appliances. Based in Irving, TX we distribute to TX, OK, LA, AR, MO, NE, AZ & NM.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate at Maple Distributing in Irving, TX. The service support specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for all Maple Distributing product brands. This person will need to work with service technicians, sales representatives, and homeowners/end users both verbally and in writing. Their responsibilities include diagnostic review, scheduling service, and ordering replacement parts if necessary.
The service support specialist must have excellent technical and working knowledge of the specific appliances distributed by Maple Distributing. Their skills and qualifications should include:

  • Knowledge of how to maintain, repair and diagnose and correctly install or replace household appliances.
  • Firm technical knowledge of parts diagrams, mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills that allow them to explain technical problems to laypeople.
  • Strong knowledge of their industry and the general requirements of different appliance types.
  • Precise written communication abilities for filing repair, installation, and maintenance reports.
  • Physical stamina in the handling of complex tools and heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while using their own technical judgment regarding complex tasks.


  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with some college education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with an ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
